Candidates should be comfortable with:
- 12-hour shift arrangements
- Shift schedules based on operational requirements
- Flexible deployment according to assigned shifts and working hours
📝 Job Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
✅ Follow up on requests and resolve operational issues.
✅ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
✅ Prepare reports and update documentation.
✅ Support daily logistics activities and service standards.
✅ Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
✅ Requirements
✔ Prior customer service, logistics, administrative, or operations experience is an advantage.
✔ Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with different stakeholders.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Willing to work night shifts and 12-hour shift arrangements.
