Warehouse Executive / Warehouse Operations Lead
📍 Location: Ubi, Singapore
🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Hands-on management role with the opportunity to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, handling, and movement of goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or ERP system.
- Prepare and maintain delivery orders, inventory records and other warehouse documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
Experience leading and managing a team of 10–20 staff.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Experience with WMS or ERP systems will be an advantage.
Able to communicate effectively with warehouse staff, suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal teams
