Jobs Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless client experience from pre arrival to post appointment, including appointment scheduling and preparation
  • Welcome clients warmly and provide professional front desk support
  • Assist with client enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or service area
  • Coordinate with internal teams on client requests and appointment arrivals
  • Maintain an organised and professional reception area at all times
  • Uphold the company's service standards, grooming, and professional image throughout all client interactions
