JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions.
- Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
- Help with self-collection takeaway services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition.
- Manage delivery platform apps, processing orders promptly and effectively.
- Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Attend to customer inquiry and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
- Assist in beverage preparation and support daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management or your manager.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
