Our client is seeking an organised and service-oriented Operations Executive to support an upcoming large-scale themed exhibition in Singapore.
You will be involved in pre-opening preparations, frontline staff training, administrative coordination and daily exhibition operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth operations and a positive visitor experience throughout the exhibition.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-opening preparations and daily exhibition operations.
- Prepare and update SOPs, training materials, briefing slides and operational checklists.
- Coordinate frontline staff onboarding, training schedules, attendance and deployment.
- Assist with staff briefings, rehearsals and site familiarisation.
- Monitor visitor flow, queues and admission procedures.
- Attend to visitor enquiries and feedback, and escalate incidents when necessary.
- Coordinate with security, ticketing, facilities, housekeeping, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily updates, incident reports and feedback summaries.
- Assist with staff rosters, meeting coordination and general administration.
- Support post-event reporting and exhibition closure activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, events, hospitality, attractions or a related area.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to prepare simple training materials, presentations and operational documents.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Interest in arts and themed exhibitions.
