🕒 Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday: 830 AM - 530 PM, Saturday:830 AM - 1230PM

💼 Job Responsibilities
📦 Accurate data entry into WMS system
📞 Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates
🚚 Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
📊 Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
📝 Manage warehouse documentation and filing
📦 Support daily picking, packing, and logistics operations
🛃 Support customs clearance coordination and shipment compliance
🤝 Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery operations

🎯 Job Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of warehousing/logistics experience
✅ Familiar with WMS or inventory management systems
✅ Experience in permit declarations, import/export processes, and documentation handling is an advantage
✅ Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Singaporeans only
