The Opportunity
- Salary: up to $17.05/hr
- Contract: 12 months contract
- Working Location: Central
- Opportunity to work closely with legal professionals and understand legal processes and documentation
- Gain valuable exposure to legal administration within a public healthcare regulatory environment
- Exposure to public sector governance, compliance, procurement, and records management practices
- Monitoring and maintaining task trackers to ensure internal and statutory deadlines are met
- Managing calendars and coordinating schedules for the Legal Division
- Preparing and sending emails and correspondence on behalf of legal officers
- Filing and maintaining legal and administrative records
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Legal Division's knowledge management database
- Coordinating with vendors and handling general administrative matters
Requirements
- Diploma qualification (candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to manage a high volume of emails and administrative tasks
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
