Salary: $10.5/Hr + $1.5/Hr Attendance Incentive
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30pm – 6:15am
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. Candidates with hands-on experience using SAP or WMS are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform daily warehouse administrative and data-entry duties
• Update and maintain inventory records in SAP/WMS
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing and stock movement transactions
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and other warehouse documents
• Assist with stock reconciliation, stock take and cycle counting
• Coordinate with internal departments on delivery and inventory matters
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration or inventory control preferred
• Experience using SAP/WMS is preferred
• Familiar with goods receiving, goods issuing, stock movement and inventory processes
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
