📦 Customer Service Officer @ Pioneer | Up to $3,000 | 4-3-3-4 Shift | Day/ Night Shift | 📦
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse operations, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and achieve operational KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain and verify cycle count records prepared by Customer Service Executives/Officers for audit compliance.
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate transportation logistics.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly KPI reports.
- Ensure Customer Service Executives/Officers submit KPI reports within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between internal systems and customers' Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Able to commit to rotating work schedules:
- Alternate weeks (e.g. Wed–Sat / Thu–Sat or Sun–Tue / Sun–Wed)
- Able to commit to 12-hour shifts
