📌 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach and develop the outlet team to achieve service and operational standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
- Monitor food quality, service speed, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and escalated complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock checks and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Manage outlet administration, reporting and operational performance.
✅ Requirements
- Relevant experience in restaurant/F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Experience in staff training, rostering and inventory management.
- Able to handle non-halal food preparation as part of the job duties.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach.
