We’re on the hunt for a Service Captains who embodies passion, precision, and the charisma of true Argentine hospitality. If you know your Malbecs from your Merlots and believe every great dish deserves the perfect pour, we want you on our floor!
📍 Location: 27 Club St, Singapore 069413
🕔 Schedule: 44 hours/week | 5-day work week | Split shifts (12pm–3pm, 6pm–11pm)
🌟 Your Role:
- Lead the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, high-energy service throughout lunch and dinner operations.
- Be the link between kitchen and guests, ensuring timing, temperature, and table experience are always on point.
- Provide confident, thoughtful wine and beverage pairings to elevate the dining experience.
- Manage daily reservations, walk-ins, and floor flow to maintain an optimal service rhythm.
- Support the team with training, standards, and keeping the vibe polished but warm.
🔎 You Should Have:
- Prior experience in premium or lifestyle restaurants (bonus if it’s in steak, grill, or wine-forward concepts).
- Solid working knowledge of alcoholic beverages — especially wine — for guest recommendations and pairings.
- Strong communication and floor management skills
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-turnover shifts.
