🍔 CONCESSION CREW – JOB SCOPE
• Prepare and serve food & beverages
• Attend to customers and handle basic enquiries
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader / Concessions Manager
👕 ATTIRE:
• Black long pants
• Full black shoes OR full white shoes
• Black socks
🤝 HOSPITALITY CREW – JOB SCOPE
• Take orders and serve food & beverages
• Assist guests at lounges, suites, and hospitality areas
• Explain food and beverage menus
• Set, clean, and reset tables
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader / Hospitality Manager
👔 ATTIRE:
• Black formal long pants
• Formal black shoes OR flats
• Black socks
REQUIREMENTS
• Age 15 years old and above
• Food Hygiene Certification (FHC) required
• Comfortable standing and walking for long hours
• Reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented
• Able to work well in a team
• No experience required – training provided
