Kovan Learning Centre is looking for passionate and committed Math Tutors to join our team.
JOB DETAILS:
- Working Days: 1-2 days per week, depending on classes assigned
- Working Hours: Flexible, based on class schedules
- Pay: $45–$60 per hour, depending on educational qualifications and teaching experience
- Location: Kovan Learning Centre, 22 Yio Chu Kang Rd, #02-07 Highland Centre, Singapore 545535
- Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment
- Subject: Primary Math, Secondary E-Math & A-Math, Science, English
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporeans only
- University graduates from all relevant majors are welcome to apply
- Familiar with the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
- Strong command of English with fluent and confident communication skill
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct lessons for primary and/or secondary school students
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on students' learning needs
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Guide students in developing strong concepts and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment
- Adaptable and able to adjust teaching approaches according to different students' learning needs
- Responsible, patient, and committed to students' learning progress
- Able to work independently and manage lessons effectively
