Job Summary
As an F&B Service Crew at Marché, you will deliver excellent customer service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests. You will assist with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and support daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Hosting guests, process payments, and handle customer enquiries.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Replenish supplies and ensure product displays are well-presented.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
