Salary Package: Up to $3000/month
Working Days: 6 days
- Mon to Sat - 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily production data entry, including output, ingredient usage and wastage
- Maintain production records, reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with recipe calculations, ingredient costing and product costing
- Use Excel for calculations, data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse and Purchasing
- Provide administrative support to the Production Manager
- Handle other production-related administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of F&B, food manufacturing or production administration experience
- Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Familiar with food production processes, recipes and costing
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and data-handling abilities
- Detail-oriented, organised and accurate
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
