Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation/Logistics
- Position Title: Operations Executive
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 1.00PM – 9PM) (Saturday – half day, on remote standby)
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of air freight shipments, from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time performance.
- Coordinating effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams for seamless movement and timely delivery of goods.
- Provide proactive and responsive customer service, quickly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any shipment-related issues or delays.
- Ensure the accuracy of all shipment records and documentation, including arranging necessary customs paperwork and creating AWBs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and propose improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Support projects and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
