Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Manufacture of Material Handling Systems
- Position Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Executive
- Working Location: Gul Circle (Transportation provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to phone calls and email enquiries.
- Liaise with clients regarding work schedules and quotations.
- Process and clear customer purchase orders promptly.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, document updates, and filing.
- Maintain records of incoming workshop goods, prepare service quotations, and provide administrative support to the service department.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.
