Do you have a passion for food, leadership, and learning the ropes of kitchen operations? Join our fast-paced, dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Management Trainee and take the first step toward a rewarding career in kitchen and restaurant management.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the ins and outs of back-of-house operations
- Support daily kitchen functions, including prep, inventory, and team coordination
- Work closely with our Outlet Chef and Management Team
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
We’re Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
- Culinary school background or kitchen experience (a plus but not required)
