What you'll be doing
- Deliver meals and beverages to patients in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist patients with meal selection and serve meals according to prescribed dietary requirements
- Collect meal trays and maintain cleanliness of patient dining and pantry areas
- Liaise with nursing staff and kitchen teams to ensure accurate meal distribution
- Replenish pantry supplies and ensure food handling and hygiene standards are maintained
- Provide friendly frontline service while attending to patients' meal-related enquiries
- Comply with hospital policies, food safety and infection control guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily food service operations
What we're looking for
- O Levels and above
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, customer service or healthcare support will be an advantage
- Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare staff
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to a temporary assignment and perform shift duties where required
