任职要求：
具备 2 年以上饮品、冰淇淋等餐饮行业服务经验；
具备 1 年以上餐饮店同岗位（店长/副店）管理经验；
日常基础英语交流，有海外餐饮工作经验者优先；
具备优秀的团队管理、经营数据分析及抗压能力。
岗位职责：
全面统筹门店日常运营，制定并达成销售目标，保证门店利润；
策划并执行品牌营销活动，分析经营数据，优化人员配置与工时；
严格把控食品安全、产品出品品质，妥善处理顾客反馈，提升顾客满意度。
薪资待遇： 3500 - 4000
工作时间： 周工作6天，每天10小时（不含用餐及休息时间）
