We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Process Assistant to support daily production and process operations. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a structured environment, with training provided.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support production, process handling, and basic testing activities
- Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Identify and report process issues or operational delays
- Assist in resolving issues and escalate where necessary
- Maintain proper documentation and records of operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Work closely with team members to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a production or operations environment
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, data entry)
