Sales Associate
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve team sales goals through the use of effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including personalized product recommendations and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and successful sales practices.
- Develop strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, new arrivals, and current promotions.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored shopping guidance to enhance their experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better meet customer expectations.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail brand sales is a plus.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, patience when dealing with customers, and the ability to handle pressure and demanding work environments.
- Possesses an enthusiastic, cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to follow company management, shows a strong sense of ownership, and is eager to grow alongside the company.
