Heavy Vehicle Technician (Workshop/Up to $4300/West) - FF1
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2800 - $4300
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm ; Alt Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Working Location: Tuas Ave
- OT + Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform truck servicing, repairs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and overhaul works.
- Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
- Record repair details and recommend required spare parts.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, warranty, and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
- Support and guide junior technicians when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience servicing and repairing heavy trucks (Japanese and Continental brands).
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and operating principles.
- Knowledge of engine, transmission, and brake systems.
- Able to use a multimeter for basic electrical testing.
- Able to read and interpret vehicle electrical wiring diagrams.
