Job Duties
- Maintaining a professional image and conduct befitting of a fitness professional
- Conducting Gym Orientations for all new members to make sure they can use the gym safely
- Providing professional exercise and dietary recommendations, personalised to the needs of your clients
- Proficient in demonstration and use of gym equipment
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Working closely with the Manager on a daily basis to ensure operational flows pertaining to the PT department
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and is fit themselves
- Understanding of push and pull periodisation
- Patience, integrity and honesty
- Empathy and compassion
- Great personality and communication skills
- Educated and well-trained
- Recognised fitness certifications (NCIS, ACE, NASM)
