📌 Job Details
- Location: Central
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to $2,300 per month
- Contract Duration: Immediate commencement until June 2027
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Respond to student enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins and class visits, providing timely assistance on academic and administrative matters
- Prepare programme updates, student notifications and supporting documents, including Letters of Verification
- Monitor student attendance, process leave applications and follow up on attendance-related matters
- Assist students with course transfers, re-modules, withdrawals, deferments, resumption and extension applications
- Support student conduct matters and coordinate academic interventions with relevant departments
🎯 Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
