The Role
- Support onboarding and HR/payroll processes for team members
- Assist with submitting reports approved by the Store Manager
- Maintain updated personnel records and attendance reports
- Process and distribute information and documents to the team
- Handle daily cash deposits, verify cash takings, and investigate discrepancies
- Manage petty cash disbursements based on Store Manager approval
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, exchanges, and refunds
- Plan weekly rosters and optimize staffing based on guidelines and promotional calendars
- Operate Checkout and Self-Checkout counters efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Store Cash Policies
- Support stock replenishment, expiry checks, stocktaking, and online order picking
- Provide supervisory support for store opening/closing, promotions, and temperature checks
- Perform receiving, purchase order counts, and other ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Good team player
- Possess leadership and problem-solving skills
- Customer service and process orientated
- Attentive to details and good mathematical skills
- Able to carry/lift heavy goods
Working hours: 44hrs per week, 5.5 workweek - retail hours (subjected to store operating hours)
