**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organisational abilities.
**Job Description**
• Manage general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation to maintain organised office systems
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements whilst maintaining accurate calendars and schedules
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email enquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist with procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records to support operational needs
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Prior administrative experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Self-motivated individual who works well independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment
