Our client, a leading and well-established property management company, is looking for a customer-focused Office Concierge Associate to join their team. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and working in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Working Hours / Location:
- Mondays to Fridays / 8am to 6pm
- Bugis MRT
- Training & Uniform provided!
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach
- Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins and other channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors
- Support administrative and operational activities
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
