🥐 Pastry Production Crew
 
📍 Location: Lakeside
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2,200
🍱 Lunch Provided
🎁 Performance Bonus: Up to 1 Month

🕗 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour meal break)
✈️ Paid work trip to Japan for 2 weeks–1 month for new product launches

🥐 Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings
  • Ensure products are made consistently according to recipes, manuals and central kitchen SOPs
  • Maintain and clean kitchen equipment according to food safety standards
  • Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products at the required temperatures
  • Perform basic housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the central kitchen

📌 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of pastry chef experience
  • Comfortable working in a cold room environment
  • Able to follow food safety procedures and SOPs
  • Responsible and willing to work in a fast-paced central kitchen
