Are you a vigilant individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for ensuring the safety of others? If so, we invite you to apply for the role of Pool Guardian.
Key Information:
- Working Location: Sengkang / Punggol
- Working Hours: AM: 0800-1445PM: 1445-2130
🔑 Job Responsibilities
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Maintain a clear line of sight within your assigned zone at all times
• Proactively remind pool users—especially parents and guardians—about water safety and supervision responsibilities
• Identify individuals in distress and provide immediate assistance
• Alert the nearest lifeguard if a water rescue is needed
• Observe and address unsafe behaviour or conditions in a timely manner
• Assist lifeguards in land-based rescues, including administering first aid, CPR, and AED as necessary
• Support the execution of the Company’s Emergency Action Plan and other emergency procedures
• Assist in incident management, such as crowd control, guiding emergency services, and clearing pool areas
✅ Requirements
• Possess a valid Standard First Aid certificate with CPR-AED, valid throughout the contract period
• Strong sense of alertness, teamwork, and responsibility
