**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
**Job Description**
• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing personalised assistance with enquiries, reservations, and special requests
• Manage reception duties including answering calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate visitor logs
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local dining, entertainment, transportation, and attractions
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of guest concerns
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
