💰 Salary: $3,000 - $3,200

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare meals according to recipe standards and portion control guidelines.
✅ Set up and organize workstation efficiently before service.
✅ Store, handle and rotate food products properly to maintain freshness and quality.
✅ Prepare and plate dishes with consistency, accuracy and attention to presentation.
✅ Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory.
✅ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
✔ Experience in Western cuisine restaurants, hotels, bistros, casual dining or fine dining establishments is an advantage.
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

📍 Location: near Promenade MRT Station
📅 Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours. Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Restaurant operating hours are from 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM depending on the day and service period.
