Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including automated cooking systems where applicable.
- Perform food preparation, portioning, and replenishment of ingredients.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service (for Service Crew).
- Work in a Halal-certified restaurant and uphold Halal food handling standards.
