Looking for a short-term role where you can put your Excel & data analysis skills to good use? This could be the opportunity for you!
📍 Location: 21 Ubi Road
💰 Salary: Up to $15/hour
📅 Contract: 3 months
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM
💼 What You’ll Do
📌 Perform data entry, document processing and data validation
📊 Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets and databases
🔍 Analyse data to identify trends and provide business insights
📞 Handle basic customer enquiries using approved templates
📝 Support administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
⭐ What We’re Looking For
💻 Strong background in data analysis
📈 Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas & reporting
🔎 Analytical, detail-oriented and highly accurate
💡 Able to identify trends and turn data into actionable insights
🙋♀️ Able to work independently while following established procedures
