Purpose of the Role Provides sales coordination, admin support, and reporting to BDD, managing daily, weekly, and monthly PSI/ISO updates and factory orders.
Key Responsibilities
- PSI & Order Management: Assist in managing daily/monthly Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI), inputting orders, tracking stock movement, and liaising with sales teams, product planning, suppliers, and factories.
- Order Processing & ISO: Coordinate local product orders, ISO confirmations, and shipping. Prepare and follow up on Purchase, Sales, and Delivery Orders.
- Records & Invoicing: Maintain customer and partner records, orders, and invoices. Address customer and promoter inquiries on pending orders and stock status.
- Reporting: Prepare and send Monthly PSI Reports by product category to Business Planning and HQ.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Work with Warehouse, Logistics, Service, and Finance on orders. Coordinate Energy/Water label status with service/logistics for new launches. Collaborate with marketing on collaterals.
- Execute additional duties assigned by Department Head or Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year sales support experience; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
- Proactive learner capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
