- Must be able to commit at least 5 days (less than 35 hrs) per week, including 2 weekends (Sat & Sun).
- Working hours will be shared with you based on the event location.
- Must be willing to travel to more than one event location based on business needs. Locations will be within the same district area.
- Must be able to commit a 3 months duration
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Actively promote assigned products to customers and delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
- Ensure product display is neat and attractive, keeping the area clean and tidy.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Sales-driven and results oriented.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset.
