We are looking for a warm, responsible and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join the MIKI HOUSE family.
📍 Location
MIKI HOUSE, Raffles City Shopping Centre
⏰ Working Arrangement
- Full-time position
- 44 working hours per week
- Shift work based on the monthly roster
- Must be available on weekends and Public Holidays
- Salary commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview

✅ Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional customer service
- Recommend suitable products according to each child’s age and needs
- Handle enquiries, cashiering and payment processing
- Replenish and organise stock
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and presentation
- Support events and promotional activities
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets
🚨 Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Passionate about babies, children and fashion
- Friendly, responsible and customer-focused
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Good command of English&Mandarine
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
