Job Description

- Position Title: Production Operator (Moulding)
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company transportation provided)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (12 hours rotating shift)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Allowances + OT Pay + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Follow production schedules and operate moulding machines.
- Monitor machine settings and record production details.
- Perform basic quality checks and report defects.
- Assist with machine troubleshooting and raw material handling.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs and maintain a clean workplace.
- Support ISO and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum Secondary School education (O Level and above).
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
- Able to stand for long periods and carry items up to 15kg.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including morning and night shifts.
