  • Check orders before and after delivery to ensure items are complete, charges are accurate, and customers are satisfied.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and handling customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Collect payments for delivered goods when required.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Comply with all applicable transportation and road safety regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Prepare delivery reports, records, and other required documentation.
  • Operate and maintain delivery vehicles and equipment, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, and other relevant machinery.
  • Ensure goods are handled, loaded, and transported safely to prevent damage during delivery.
