**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our service team. 


**Job Description**
• Greet and serve customers with professionalism, taking orders accurately and providing menu recommendations
• Prepare pancakes according to quality  standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle payment and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently

**Job Requirements**
• Cheerful and polite personality
• Able to speak & write in English & Chinese
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and PH ( except Galaxis )

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  •  Food hygiene WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
