💰 Salary & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $2000/month
- ION Flagship Allowance: Up to $2,000/month
- Earning Potential: Gross $3,500 – $4,500+ (Basic + Allowance + Uncapped Commission)
- Monthly Incentives: High-performing sales bonuses & product allowances

💼 Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare and makeup products
- Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
- Support the achievement of store sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Maintain a well-presented and organised store environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, beauty trends and promotional activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
🎯 Requirements
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and customer service
- Previous Beauty Advisor or beauty retail experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented approach
- Comfortable engaging with customers and working towards sales targets
- Well-organised, responsible and able to work effectively in a team
