About the role
We are seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join our team at RISIS Private Limited in the Orchard Central Region. As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our premium lifestyle brand. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission-based remuneration.

What you will be doing
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences and providing personalised recommendations
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or concerns
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall store performance
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
