Happie is looking for a hands-on and driven Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead to lead our Showroom & Roadshow Sales Team.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual & departmental targets
• Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and identify gaps for improvement
• Follow up closely with team members and push them to achieve their targets
• Lead by example and remain hands-on in sales when required
• Work closely with management and ensure the sales team is aligned with company direction, strategies and expectations
• Communicate management's direction clearly and ensure proper follow-through
• Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, sales decks and PowerPoint presentations for management review
• Present sales performance, challenges, action plans and recommendations to management
• Conduct team briefings, coaching and performance follow-ups
• Support showroom & roadshow manpower planning and daily operations
• Support onboarding and training of new sales staff
• Ensure CRM updates, reporting and company processes are followed
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of sales experience; team leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
• Proven ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards targets
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Comfortable analysing sales figures and preparing reports
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel / Google Sheets
• Confident presenting sales performance to management
• Proactive, accountable and results-oriented
• Able to work closely with management and lead the team in the same direction
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
📍 Location: Showrooms & Roadshows across Singapore
🕐 5-day work week, including weekends & public holidays according to roster
