📌 Job Title: Customer Service Officer
💰 Salary: Basic salary up to $3,200
🕘 Working Hours: Mon to Fri ; 8am to 5pm
📍 Location: East (Two-way company transport provided)
📝 Job Description:
- Liaise with customers, warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service standards, including compiling monthly KPI reports.
- Maintain accurate cycle count and inventory records for audit purposes.
- Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies between internal systems and customers’ WMS.
- Process customer orders, shipment bookings and transportation arrangements accurately and efficiently.
✅ Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Customer Service experience.
- Experience in the industrial products, engineering, or building services industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
