School Admin / Receptionist (Part-Time Contract)
🗓️ Contract Period: Jan 2027 – Dec 2028
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 11:45am
📌 Deployment: 11 months per year (Jan–Nov)
🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Public Holidays
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to calls, walk-in enquiries, school mail, parcels and goods deliveries
- Attend to pupils who are unwell
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Prepare and verify documents over the counter
- Assist with checking student application forms and informing parents of application outcomes
- Maintain the school's telephone listing
- Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificates for graduated students
- Assist with daily staff attendance and monthly attendance reporting
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Managers
Requirements
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- At least 3 years of administration or customer service experience
- Mature, responsible and pleasant personality
- Experience handling secondary school students is preferred
- Experience working in an educational institution will be an advantage
