Duties & Responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage and organise WSH Committees. Examples inspection, audit, promotion, training, circulation, etc.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reports writing within specific time-frame

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Co-ordinate day-to-day Security Matters, including operations, facility compliance, and management system compliance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO45001 and bizSAFE requirements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support site matters, example meetings, customer or government agencies inspection and audit.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Organise promotional activities, and other co-ordination as required.

Added advantage

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge environmental, sustainability, waste management, monitoring, and promotion.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in building fire protection system, fire and emergency program.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Requirements:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and SSHE related with min 3 years of relevant experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Team player, independent, good interpersonal, report writing and communication skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Good knowledge in Workplace Safety & Health Act, ISO45001, ISO14000, Security Management Systems

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Candidate with Fire Safety Manager certificate would have an added advantage.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to conduct site visits. Examples Tuas Area, Jurong Island and others.
