About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Car Sales Personnel to promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in, online and referral customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations and test drives.
- Provide information on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, financing and insurance options.
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications, insurance, vehicle registration and other related arrangements.
- Coordinate with banks, insurers, workshops and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate sales records while keeping updated on market trends and vehicle products.
About You
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or car dealership.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive products is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable with commission-based sales.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred and willing to work weekends/public holidays.
