- Monitor insurance jobs in progress against outstanding jobs report
- Assist to follow up with workshops and insurance company on 3rd party claims
- Inform surveyors to come and take photographs of vehicles where necessary
- Follow up with surveyors and verify whether the finalised amount tallies and then proceed to invoice accordingly
- Upon invoicing, check the essential information thoroughly
- To check payment is received from the insurance company and update insurance debts into the system
- To record 3rd party Direct Settlement Claims and update tracking list till case is closed
- Assist with the full cycle of administrative work with regards to insurance accident claims procedures
- Enforce compliance with SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
- Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
