- Proactively approach shoppers and introduce Epitex
- Invite customers to sign up for Epitex membership
- Explain membership benefits, promotions and ongoing sales offers
- Assist with basic customer enquiries
- Support the retail team in creating a welcoming shopping experience

- Check inventory as and when needed
