Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Experience: 2–4 years
KeyResponsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with data teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik and SAS.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support for business users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
RequiredSkills
- Hands-on experience with Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and SAS for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
PreferredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Exposure to banking/financial services domain will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is desirable.
